I’ve had the pleasure of working with SET Environmental, Inc. since April 1997. I began my career and spent many valuable years learning the industry at the SET owned Part B Permitted T.S.D.F. in Houston, TX.
I possess extensive knowledge in the arena of customized waste/materials management to include best practice disposal and recycling options, product management, compressed gas cylinders, lab packs, transportation and logistics.
I have detailed experience with industrial field services to include abatement, remediation, emergency spill response, tank/vessel cleaning and shutdown related activities.
I am intimately familiar with compliance sensitive areas such as storm water management, potable water, wastewater treatment, domestic and international shipping (import and export).
Since 2009 I have been dedicated to the development of our specialized personnel services line in the Southern Texas Region. I am directly accountable for program development and maintenance which includes evaluation of existing programs, gap analysis, process development, procedure development, program implementation, evaluation and allocation of personnel, allocation of SET assets and development of key performance indicators to monitor progress and program value. I remain passionate about our program and feel fortunate to stay involved with current programs and new on-site service opportunities nationwide.
In my current role as Quality Assurance Manager I work alongside the individuals that make up the key pillars of SET which are our Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Finance. Over my career span with SET I have spent ample time with each of these critical groups which allows me a unique and intimate perspective. I focus on the areas of importance to each group and work to bridge communication gaps, break down barriers, and enhance the existing processes in which we all interact. I am heavily involved with our local sales team, new business opportunities and directly manage and develop our local team of Technical Customer Representatives.
