Dr. Brandon Willis, of the 47th Combat Support Hospital in Mosul, Iraq, contacted SET Environmental after an Iraqi adolescent had ingested a vial of unknown toxic liquid and had been hospitalized with life-threatening symptoms.

SET performed an emergency unknown forensic identification analysis on a sample of the material in the vial and quickly provided the results to the clinicians at the hospital. The rapid response saved the child’s life.

SET’s ability to provide positive identification of solids, liquids and gases can cut your analytical time and costs substantially. Our identification of these components allows you to specifically choose which, if any, further analysis is needed for proper disposal.
