Stop work if you believe an unsafe condition exists and immediately contact your supervisor.
Buckle your seat belt prior to operating a motor vehicle, fork lift or heavy equipment. Never text or place a call on your cell phone while driving.
Only smoke in designated areas and intervene if you see someone smoking outside a designated area. Use non-sparking tools, bonding and grounding when working near flammable materials.
Stay out of the line-of-fire of heavy equipment, vehicular traffic, suspended loads and other hazards that you can be struck by.
Protect yourself from falls by using fall protection equipment when required.
Always ensure an analysis of potential hazards has been completed and documented prior to starting work.
